ORDERING PROCEDURE

We provide onsite sales visit with catalogues, brochures and samples.

Warranty: Our non-motorized products come with a standard 1 year warranty for any part defect or malfunction. Our Motorised products come with a 3 years warranty.

The Ordering procedure is as follows:

1. Site visit to inspect fitting location and selection of Blinds type and fabric.
2. Submission of Estimate for your perusal.
3. Confirmation of Order with advance.
4. Execution of Order.
